With about 152 actor credits to his name, it’s safe to say that you’ve seen him more than once. You may have even referenced him a few times in your life: “Remember that one weird guy in that movie? Or what about when Sam is in the subway and he runs into that homeless-looking guy?” He has an unforgettable face, yet he is an unknown name to many. I guess that’s the fate of some of the best character actors.
The least interesting thing about A. J. Jacobs is that he is the editor at large for Esquire magazine. From reading an entire encyclopedia to outsourcing his life to India to truly being 100% truthful, this man has experienced and documented many strange and amazing trials. Read On

Startling Delusions
Free Lunch For Life will soon be doing an illustrated series on weird delusions and syndromes. There’s a lot that can go wrong with the brain, and I’ve always been fascinated by this. Now, this isn’t just multiple personalities or depression. There are delusions that affect people by making them think that their loved ones have been invaded by body snatchers. Other delusions involve the sufferer denying the ownership of limbs, exploding heads, or the strong belief that they are the living dead. Although, some of these illustrations will be humorous, we are (believe it or not) approaching these cases with the utmost respect. One of the inspirations for this project is a man that I respect very much. Read On
